Hi guys,
In my last episode, I told you I will be giving you more tips on how to stay away from the many troubles down the Social Media lane. I will address what I feel is most important when engaging in a chat. Scammers try so much to conceal their identity when trying to scam you your monies, so when you meet someone online who is asking you send them gift cards, bitcoins or any other type of money transfer with the exception of a wire transfer through FDIC insured institution. It is also important that you only execute a wire transfer to the individual you are chatting with, not a friend, agent, management company or corporation/LLC, or Partnership after due verification of identity because when the money leaves you, it is gone hahahaha.
When both of you are comfortable with each other after exchanging chats and knowing that your heart/mind wants more than that, you can request for a live video chat. There are many ways to accomplish this such as, FaceTime, Skype, google chat, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, Instagram and ICQ. All I can say with my experiences is that if you cannot have a life video chat that you believe is real….say goodbye and hit the block button. Please, do not be fooled with videos from many-cam, showing videos where the other person is talking with no sound coming through, beware when lips movement and audio doesn’t sync, and if they blame phones for inability to verify their identity, there are chances that you’d be asked to help purchase a new iPhone….Although decisions taken at this points are personal but I think you already know what my recommendations will be (I might just say many carriers will give out phone on contract basis so it’s really cheap an easy to get one an get on the live video with me)
Many fakes, scammers, hoax’s, cat-fishers gives you a phone number channeled through private held telephones or services similar to google assist.
